The Testing Team is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and functionality of the project through structured testing. The tasks include:

Create Test Plan:
Develop a detailed test plan outlining test objectives, scope, test cases, testing tools, and schedules.
Define functional, non-functional, and edge-case scenarios.
Execute Test Cases:
Perform manual and automated testing based on the prepared test plan.
Test key functionalities such as image loading, alpha manipulation, and configuration handling.
Bug Identification and Reporting:
Identify, document, and report bugs or issues in a clear and structured manner.
Collaborate with the coding team to verify fixes and ensure resolution.
Generate Test Report:
Summarize the results of testing, including test coverage, passed/failed cases, and critical issues.
Provide performance, usability, and reliability feedback.
Retesting and Validation:
Retest features after fixes to validate bug resolution and confirm the application meets requirements.
The Testing Team must ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and provide regular updates on progress. Collaboration with other teams (Coding and Wiki) is essential to document and verify results.
