Week 1	4h	Became accustomed to the role of team leader by organising the group structure, assigning initial roles and responsibilities, and reviewing each group’s early progress. I also wrote the weekly progress report and updated Redmine with task assignments and status reports.
Week 2	4h	Reviewed all groups’ submitted work to ensure tasks were completed correctly and on time. I monitored overall progress, provided feedback where necessary, wrote the weekly progress report, and updated Redmine with completed tasks and newly assigned actions.
Week 3	4h	Continued overseeing group work by checking task completion and resolving any issues between teams. I coordinated communication between groups, wrote the weekly progress report, and reported progress and new task assignments on Redmine.
Week 4	3h	Finalised review of all groups’ work, ensured outstanding tasks were completed, and summarised overall progress. I wrote the final weekly progress report and updated Redmine with completion statuses and final task confirmations.
