Weekly Progress¶
Week 1 : 11 December 2025¶
During the first week, our group began to make steady progress as we familiarised ourselves with our assigned roles and responsibilities. For many of us, this was also the first time working together as a group, so a significant part of the week involved adjusting to different working styles and communication methods. We spent time discussing our overall goals, clarifying expectations, and ensuring that everyone understood their tasks. The programming subgroup began experimenting with merging the two images, focusing on understanding the tools and techniques required. Although progress was gradual, this week was important for building a foundation and establishing effective collaboration within the team.

Week 2 : 18 December 2025¶
In the second week, our workflow became more structured. One of our group members who had been absent during the first class was brought up to speed, and we began actively using Jira to track tasks and manage progress more efficiently. The programming group made noticeable progress and produced an early draft of the merged images. While the main structure was in place, there were still some issues related to image layering and alignment that needed to be resolved. Meanwhile, the Redmine and Wiki teams also advanced significantly, as they had become more confident with the platforms and documentation process. Communication within the group improved, and tasks were completed more efficiently than in the previous week.

Week 3 : 25 December 2025¶
By the third week, the project was nearing completion. The image processing and programming tasks were fully completed, with all major technical issues resolved. The Wiki documentation was almost finished, requiring only minor revisions and final checks. Jira had been fully updated and completed, reflecting the full development process. The Redmine team was also close to completion, needing only to add the final week’s progress to finalise their work. Overall, this week demonstrated strong teamwork and effective time management, as all components of the project came together successfully.
